Being a good neighbor is a core business value for Holland Services. We operate from the philosophy of actively engaging with the communities where our employees live, work and recreate. Our corporate giving is but one way that our team is able to connect with the communities where we operate.
Holland Services supports targeted community outreach programs that improve the environment – especially water – education initiatives, quality of life programs and leadership development
Holland Services is committed to supporting organizations and programs that advocate and enhance our environment. As a land services company our work is made possible because of the environment and the natural resources that are able to be developed as a result. We feel it is our responsibility to support efforts that help to sustain a healthy and beautiful planet for our families to thrive and prosper in a healthy manner.
Holland Services is only able to be successful because of its highly skilled workforce. We realize that some students may lack access to the appropriate resources that would help them advance their academic success. Holland seeks to help bridge the gap between the desire to improve oneself academically and the resources needed to achieve that goal by supporting programs and projects that support education initiatives.
Quality of life programs –
Communities thrive when its residents have access to programs and places that provide a sense of comfort, pride and happiness, and that overall feeling of wellbeing is a benefit to our employees as well. Thus Holland Services supports the arts and cultural programs along with programs that improve the health and welfare of local communities.
Leadership development –
Future leaders need to be identified and cultivated to protect Holland Services’ ability to grow but also to ensure that the communities where we operate have the appropriate people in place who are prepared to lead our government, civic and non-profit organizations.
